We're Hiring! Join PSW as a Social Recreation Specialist
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? PSW is looking for a Social Recreation Specialist to lead fun, inclusive, and engaging activities that promote fitness, creativity, and social connection.

Work with groups of up to 10 participants
Lead arts & crafts, music, sports, dramatics, games & more
Use your creativity, enthusiasm, and communication skills to foster meaningful experiences
Must be organized, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), and meet CA-DSS licensing requirements
Valid CA driver’s license required; position may require commercial license with passenger endorsement
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends & holidays
This position reports to the Director of Program Services
Location: 194 W. Poplar Ave., Porterville, CA

Job Coach - Float

Join our Business Services team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. PSW is seeking a Job Coach – Float to provide hands-on training, supervision, and support across our Recycling & Outside Crews. This is a regular, non-exempt, at-will position reporting to various supervisors within Business Services

Department: Business Services (Recycling, Outside Crews, etc.)
Rate: $17.00 – $25.04/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (varied shifts)
Location: Porterville, CA

What You’ll Do:
Train and support general laborers
Fill in during staff absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Maintain safety, structure, and contract completion
Foster independence and skill-building
